In our social media obsessed world we often forget the importance of being face to face with others.Learning from others as a collective group who share the same interest has insurmountable benefits. There is power in being connected to others who are active in the same endeavor. As an active competitor or not, taking part in the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle will, without a doubt, enable growth in skill and body awareness. But to maximize the return on our self-investment we need to participate in more than a normal class session. We need to set aside time (and money) for seminars. Here are three reasons and benefits of attending a seminar taught by someone you admire and/or who has achieved great success in the ever-growing world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Saturday November 25, 2017, we will be having a Bully Prevention Workshop. Class Schedule will remain the same and the workshop will be held during the appropriate Class time for the age group.
